Uncle David, my brother, turned 31 the 6th of March. It is one of those bitter sweet birthdays. He is getting older and now has to attend the family ward. It was really hard for him to say goodbye to the singles ward. I sure hope he gets a great calling that he feels successful in. Chanda made him a Rangers Baseball Cap cake. This was the trial cake made a few days before his birthday. We had a bigger celebration with presents and more family a week later.
Trial or not, the girls were ready to delve in to the cake. Since Ellie recently had a birthday, she knew exactly what to sing for this special occasion. The girls were so lucky to celebrate David's birthday twice. Which means they got twice the cake. (no complaints from them)
Random picture, but Ellie wanted to dress up as a spider a few weeks ago. In October, Emma wore the same costume. ( stop growing Ellie Mei)
