Santa picture take 2.  At least in this one, Emma is alert.  We love Santa!

Today was Snow Springs' big sing-along assembly.  Each grade level performed a Christmas song they had learned and practiced.  Fourth grade sang a new version of "Nuttin' for Christmas".  The lyrics were put together by Miss Bird's fourth grade students.  It had some super cute verses.  However, when we performed, the fourth graders rushed the entire performance.  It was like watching a train wreck.  Miss Bird tried hard to get them back on beat, but to no avail. 

Shortly after the performances, Santa and Mrs. Claus made a special appearance.  The children went crazy to see Old Saint Nick and his wife.  Emma was there to experience it all.  So, I had to squeeze in a picture with our special guests.  It was so fun to have Emma there.  She was passed around quite a bit and held by many.
