Saturday the 19th, we had the annual Stephensen Christmas party. It was so fun to do the gift exchange and be with family. Emma got a chance to really get to know her Aunt Bonnie. Kyle loved playing "Scene It" with everyone and eating treats galore. We all had a great time eating, playing and hanging out. I look forward to these parties each year. Thanks for Bonnie and Cody for hosting it at their home.
On the 20th we went to my cousin Allyson's home for dinner and to visit with family. Grannie, my grannie, and Aunt Vicki came down from Washington for the break. We went up north to spend time with them. Emma loved spending time with Allyson's kids. She sure loves to be around people. It was a fun visit. Emma wanted to play and not pose for the picture.
Emma is clanging two play pan lids together. They look a lot like the cymbals we have at home.
We are lucky to have Mrs. Claus at our school each year.
The Snow Springs Elementary Sing-A-Long was lucky enough to have Santa and Mrs. Claus visit again. Emma has to come for the fun. She clung pretty tight to me and seemed to be nervous about 900 + people in the room. I guess these are the advantages Emma has with her Mommy teaching fourth grade. ( frequent visits) My students love it when she comes. They take turns holding her and helping her.
Although, there are not any tears, I assure you Emma was not so happy about me passing her off to the Claus family.
