Around here Frozen is in! So, it was decided to surprise Ellie with a "Frozen" birthday cake. Ellie was on cloud nine. She was definitely surprised to see this.
So grown up
Make a wish big girl!
It tasted great!
We don't eat cake very often, so birthday cake is treasured.
Ellie had quite the loot of gifts.
She received the final two woodzees families. Her collection is complete.
Glass slippers. I sure love her face here!
In no time, she had those slippers on her feet.
Her very own big girl backpack. She has a toddler one that she has used a lot, but it was time for her to have a big girl backpack of her very own.
Kara spoiled Ellie with a special gift!
Her very own scooter. The red rider one doesn't swivel and has been a source of fighting with the girls for quite some time now. They both want to ride Emma's tinkerbell scooter and no one wants to ride the red rider one. Now, hopefully, the fighing will cease.
Since her cake had a toy on top, I needed to get a picture of Ellie with the box of her new and coveted Princess Elsa Castle.
Look who thinks he can ride like the rest of 'em!
Ellie is going to use this and love this for many years. It was the perfect gift!
Maybe I can get Porter to love the red rider scooter so it will be used more. All in all it was fun day full of singing and dancing to Frozen's soundtrack, eating cake, opening presents, and playing with new toys. I can't believe my sweet Ellie is 4. She is such a sassy li'l thing who loves her brother so much and will defend anyone she thinks is being treated unfairly.
