Aquarium Adventure and Farm Fun

We went to Wheeler Farm today. It was muddy, messy, and fun.

Emma loved the ducks. She followed them as much as she could.

Emma also liked feeding the ducks.

I gave in to Ellie a few times and helped her walk through the mud. It wasn't as muddy as other areas and it made Ellie happy.

Feeding the ducks was so fun for the girls. They literally came from everywhere. We stayed up on the platform so we were safe from being pecked.

Ellie really wanted to walk right with the ducks. I was so nervous she would get bit by one of them. So, I had to hold her so she wouldn't get attacked or face plant in the mud.

Emma loved pretending to drive this tractor. She would not look up and smile at all. She was involved in changing gears and steering her tractor.

I wish Ellie could have walked through the farm area, but with so much mud and her being a new walker, we ended up carrying her. I love how Emma's leg is stretched out wide to make a big splash!

Kaiya basically offered up her cousin's fingers as a sacrifice. This goat almost had a little nibble of Emma.

Emma and Kaiya sure loved this goat. They loved on it a ton. I am just glad the goat did not feast on their hair while they were so close.

See that puddle, Emma walked straight through it. I think we need to buy her some galoshes so she can slop through everything without drenching her feet.

Emma loved the farm. She made sure she jumped in every mud puddle she could find. Her poor white converse shoes changed colors on this trip.

The girls really enjoyed playing in these fake chicken coops. We couldn't figure out if it was a clubhouse or a real chicken coop. It was set up like coops we have seen.

Well this is what Emma looed like by the end of our trip to the farm. Muddy up to her knees.

A visit to the farm would not be complete without Emma trudging through the snow. Poor Emma's little feet were so cold after our trip to the farm.

After splashing through every puddle and running through the mud and snow, this is how Emma's shoes turned out. I think we can easily say Emma and her shoes had quite the wet, muddy, adventure.

Our trip to the aquarium was so awesome! We started with both girls locked up in the stroller. With so many things to see and do, this did not last very long.

Logan and Ellie had a moment on the dock. It looked like at first that Ellie was going to kiss that cute boy. It was precious.

Emma loved all the colorful sea life in the aquarium. She would just stand and stare at all the sea creatures. She could not get enough of the fish!

One of the best parts of the aquarium was the sting ray touching pool. It was so cool to touch a sting ray. It was so slimy! Emma was a little nervous at first, but soon jumped right in. Look at that Sting Ray

I think Emma liked splashing the water just as much as touching the sting ray.

Ellie did not want to be strapped in her stroller. She wanted to check everything out through her walking. She was really brave and had me worried a few times. Especially when she climbed up to the dock from a lower level
