Friday evening before Easter, we went to the church for a little Easter egg hunt.
The girls enjoyed this!
They found lots of eggs with candy and little toys in them.
They also worked on an Easter craft.
It was a fun low key activity that the girls enjoyed!
The next day, the city had their annual egg hunt. We arrived 30 minutes early. It was killer to wait 30 minutes but we did.
Daddy took Ellie to her age area for the hunt and I stayed with Emma.
The girls found lots of eggs and ants. So, yeah maybe we won't be doing this one next year. However, the girls didn't mind. They made out with tons of eggs.
This hunt made me miss the Stephensen Easter Egg Hunt that we have had every year ever since Boyd and I were married. We love how fun Holly Timbimboo makes it and we missed seeing the Stephensen side of the famiy.
