Easter Egg Dyeing

Friday before Easter, we went to Kara's for some egg decorating fun.  This was a first for my girls.

Here the girls are with their (hard boiled) eggs.

Good thing we used some kool-aid packets to dye the eggs.

 Hard at work

 Steady Hands

 Decorating was so much fun

Here we have all their eggs in one carton

 Ellie's favorite

 Emma's favorite

I put Ellie down for a nap and then we let Kaiya and Emma use stickers and stamps to add more color and creativity to decorate their eggs.

 They sure enjoyed this craft.

Art is in the eye of the beholder

It was great to sit back and see Emma get serious about her art work.  Thank you Kaiya and Kara for sharing this day with us.  It was a treat to decorate eggs with you!!
